Orders are processed within 2 business days between Memorial Day and Labor Day. After Labor Day shipping times may vary as our business hours are seasonal.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be impacted by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Lucky Poppy is not responsible for: 

  • Delayed shipments caused by carriers

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
